Kenneth McMahon has spent more than three decades in mechanical work. Furnaces and rooftop units, ductwork and controls, and the awkward diagnostic problems that end up with whoever has seen them before. That pattern recognition is the thing you are actually buying when you hire a contractor.

Working in this climate

Equipment in this valley runs more hours in a single summer than the same unit runs in years somewhere temperate. Dust loads coils continuously. Monsoon season finds every corner that was cut during installation. The fundamentals of the trade do not change, but the failure patterns here are their own thing, and knowing them is what separates a real diagnosis from a parts swap.

How we work

You get a written quote before anything starts, a diagnosis explained in language that means something, and work done to a standard that holds up. Nobody here is paid to talk you into a system you do not need.

We cover the Phoenix West Valley — everything west of I-17. Keeping to that boundary is how we arrive when we said we would.

West Valley Mechanical LLC is licensed, bonded and insured in Arizona under ROC# 367985. That number is public and you are welcome to check it with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors before you let anyone into your house. We would think better of you for it.
