These terms cover the use of this website and the basis on which West Valley Mechanical LLC provides services. Work carried out at your property is also governed by the written estimate or agreement you sign, and where the two differ, that document governs.
About us
West Valley Mechanical LLC is a licensed, bonded and insured contractor registered in Arizona under ROC# 367985, serving the Phoenix West Valley west of Interstate 17.
Estimates and quotations
- Estimates for new system installation and replacement are provided free of charge.
- An estimate is based on the conditions observed at the time of the visit. If concealed conditions are found once work begins, we will stop, explain the issue and agree a revised price with you before continuing.
- Estimates are valid for a limited period, stated on the document itself, because equipment pricing moves.
Scheduling and access
We will give you an arrival window and tell you if it changes. You need to provide safe access to the equipment — including attics, roofs and locked areas — and let us know about anything on site that affects safety, such as dogs or restricted access.
Payment
Payment terms are set out on your estimate or invoice.
Warranty
New equipment carries the manufacturer’s warranty, which we register on your behalf at installation. Our workmanship warranty is stated in writing on your estimate.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, by work carried out by others, or by failure to maintain the equipment. Most manufacturer warranties specifically require documented annual service.
Cancellation
Let us know as early as you reasonably can if you need to cancel or reschedule.
