West Valley Mechanical LLC (“we”, “us”) operates this website. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it. It is written to be read rather than to be survived.
What we collect
- Information you give us. Your name, phone number, email address, service address and the details of your request, when you submit a form or call us.
- Basic technical information. Standard web server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested — kept for security and troubleshooting.
Why we collect it
To respond to your request, schedule and carry out work, send estimates and invoices, keep service records for your equipment, and meet our legal and tax obligations. That is the whole list.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your information.
- We do not rent or trade your information to third parties for their marketing.
- We do not contact you for marketing without your consent, which is why the forms ask for it plainly and never pre-tick the box.
Who we share it with
Only where it is necessary to do the job: equipment manufacturers for warranty registration and claims, payment processors, and our accountant. Each of them receives the minimum needed. We will also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Service and installation records are kept for as long as they are useful to you — warranty periods run for years and a record of what was installed matters. Enquiries that do not become jobs are kept for a reasonable period and then deleted.
