Kenneth McMahon has spent more than three decades in mechanical work. Furnaces and rooftop units, ductwork and controls, and the awkward diagnostic problems that end up with whoever has seen them before. That pattern recognition is the thing you are actually buying when you hire a contractor.<\/p>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

Equipment in this valley runs more hours in a single summer than the same unit runs in years somewhere temperate. Dust loads coils continuously. Monsoon season finds every corner that was cut during installation.
