If concealed conditions are found once work begins, we will stop, explain the issue and agree a revised price with you before continuing.<\/li>\n\n\n<li>Estimates are valid for a limited period, stated on the document itself, because equipment pricing moves.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Scheduling and access<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We will give you an arrival window and tell you if it changes. You need to provide safe access to the equipment \u2014 including attics, roofs and locked areas \u2014 and let us know about anything on site that affects safety, such as dogs or restricted access.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Payment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Payment terms are set out on your estimate or invoice. <!-- TODO CLIENT: confirm payment terms \u2014 deposit on installations, balance due on completion, accepted methods, and any late-payment terms. --><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Warranty<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">New equipment carries the manufacturer&#8217;s warranty, which we register on your behalf at installation.
