The Phoenix West Valley — west of I-17
A deliberate boundary, not a marketing radius.
Everything west of I-17
We cover the Phoenix West Valley: everything west of Interstate 17. That is the whole boundary, and it is drawn on purpose.
A company that promises the entire metro shows up late to half of it. Keeping to the West Valley is how we get to a job when we said we would.

Cities we cover
Twelve cities and communities, each with its own housing stock and its own recurring problems.
Glendale
The biggest city we cover and the most varied. Older neighbourhoods around downtown and along Northern have original ductwork and undersized returns that no amount of new equipment will fix on its own, while Arrowhead and the newer north side are mostly 1990s and 2000s builds now reaching the age where the original condenser gives up. Westgate and the stadium district add a steady run of light commercial work.
Peoria
Peoria runs a long way north, and the housing changes as you go. The older south end sits alongside Glendale in age and construction; head up past the 101 and through Vistancia and it is newer, larger, and more likely to be running two systems rather than one. Two-system homes are worth zoning properly — most were not.
Surprise
Surprise grew quickly after 2000, which means a very large number of homes are hitting fifteen to twenty years old at the same time. That is exactly the window where original equipment starts failing and the repair-or-replace question gets real. Sun City Grand adds a large single-storey, active-adult stock with its own pattern of use.
Avondale
A split between the older central neighbourhoods and the newer subdivisions south and west of them, with a solid commercial corridor along Avondale Boulevard. The older stock frequently has ductwork that was adequate in 1985 and is not now.
Goodyear
Mostly newer residential, which means better-insulated homes and equipment that is generally still in its first life — so the work skews toward maintenance and airflow rather than replacement. The bigger story here is commercial: the growth around the airport and the Loop 303 corridor has put a lot of light industrial and distribution space on the map.
Buckeye
The far western edge of the valley and the fastest-growing part of it. Large new-build subdivisions with real distance between them, and some of the most exposed, least-shaded lots anywhere we work. Systems out here earn their money.
El Mirage
Smaller and older than its neighbours, with a lot of modest single-storey homes on original or first-replacement equipment. Frequently the honest conversation here is about getting a few more good years out of a system rather than replacing it.
Sun City
The original active-adult community, built from the 1960s. Small single-storey homes, low ceilings, and a lot of original ductwork with returns sized for a different era of equipment. Retrofits here are as much about airflow as about the unit itself — and residents are home all day, so the system runs accordingly.
Sun City West
Built from the late 1970s onward and a little newer than its neighbour, but the same fundamentals: single-storey, all-day occupancy, and equipment that has usually been replaced once already. Quiet operation matters more here than almost anywhere else we work.
Litchfield Park
Small, mature and shaded — genuinely unusual in this valley. Older custom homes around the Wigwam sit next to newer subdivisions, so there is no typical system. Mature landscaping is a mixed blessing: it helps the load and it clogs condenser coils.
Tolleson
A small city with a disproportionate amount of industrial and warehouse space, so most of our work here is commercial — rooftop units, make-up air and exhaust rather than residential service calls.
Waddell
Semi-rural, larger lots, and a lot of properties running more than one system or a separate casita. Long duct runs and outbuildings are common, which makes mini-splits a better answer here more often than elsewhere.
Not sure if you are in our area?
Call — if we cannot help, we will tell you who can.
Boundaries are rarely as tidy as a map suggests, and there is no sense in either of us finding that out after a truck is already moving. One phone call settles it.
Once you know you are covered, the next step is either the services we offer or a free estimate.
